Directional Drilling

With our powerful boring machines we are able to drill almost anywhere. We can drill under rivers, roads and buildings without damaging the surface or infrastructure above. We do this by sending drilling rods down along a strictly defined and safe path. The drilling head is remotely controlled and steered accurately along the boring path.

We begin by drilling a pilot hole into the ground. Then, a reamer is used so that the hole can be opened to the desired size. Specialised and eco-friendly drilling fluids are used to keep the drill head cool and help the drilling process by stabilising the hole. Once the perfectly sized hole has been drilled we then attach the product pipe to a reamer that pulls the pipe through the hole to complete the process.
